The National Law University Odisha (NLUO) has opened online applications for its 3-year LL.B. programme for the academic year 2026-27. Admission will be through the NLUO Admission and Integrated Entrance Test (NAIET), scheduled for 10 May 2026. The last date to submit applications is 20 April 2026.

Who is affected
- Graduates in any discipline who wish to pursue a law degree at a National Law University
- Working professionals considering a career switch to law — the 3-year programme is designed for those who already hold a graduate degree
- Students who did not take CLAT or AILET — NAIET is a separate entrance test and does not require prior CLAT registration
Exam pattern
The NAIET comprises 120 multiple-choice questions to be completed in two hours. The paper covers three sections:
- General English — Reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary
- General Awareness — Current affairs, legal awareness, general knowledge
- General Reasoning — Logical and analytical reasoning
There is no negative marking in the entrance test.

- Verify eligibility — You must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Final-year students awaiting results may also apply, subject to producing the degree before admission
- Apply online — Visit the NLUO admissions portal at admissions.nluo.ac.in and complete the application form with required documents before 20 April 2026
- Pay the application fee — Rs 3,300 for General/OBC candidates, Rs 2,800 for SC/ST/PwD candidates, payable online
